Job Title: Early Intervention Speech Language Pathologist

About Us: Criterion Child Enrichment is a leading provider of early intervention services, dedicated to supporting the development of young children and their families.

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Early Intervention Speech Language Pathologist to join our team. As a key member of our trans-disciplinary team, you will work closely with families, caregivers, and other professionals to provide high-quality services that promote the language and communication skills of young children.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement individualized service plans that address the unique needs of each child and family.
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and screenings to identify areas of strength and need.
  • Provide direct services to children, including parent coaching, child groups, and home visits.
  • Collaborate with community providers to ensure continuity of services and support for families.
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of the Individual Family Service Plan.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation of services provided.

Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Speech and Language Pathology from an accredited program.
  • Current licensure in Speech Pathology by the Massachusetts Board of Registration for Speech-Language Pathology and Audiology.
  • Certificate of Clinical Competency from the American Speech and Hearing Association or Clinical Fellowship Year candidate.
  • Two years of pediatric experience preferred.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills.
  • Working knowledge of computer-based technology, including Microsoft Office and Adobe.
