Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate Production Activities: Oversee the daily operations of custom kitting lines, ensuring efficient use of resources and meeting customer deadlines.
  • Manage Quality Control: Conduct quality control checks and complete necessary paperwork to ensure compliance with customer requirements.
  • Lead Team Members: Provide technical and organizational leadership to staff, promoting a safe and productive work environment.
  • Manage Multiple Tasks: Prioritize and manage multiple tasks and responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience: 1-3 years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
  • Skills: Basic computer skills, experience with heat sealers, tape machines, or label machines, and previous experience in large format printing and finishing.
  • Personal Qualities: Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and excellent communication and organizational skills.
Work Schedule

The position is for 2nd shift (2pm-10pm) and 3rd shift (10pm-6am) with overtime and weekend hours as required.
