Position Title: Recruitment Strategy Consultant

Role Overview:

This role focuses on acting as a Recruitment Strategy Consultant, emphasizing the acquisition of talent for various on-site positions across multiple sites. Key responsibilities include overseeing job advertisements through recruitment platforms, managing postings on popular job boards, and effectively evaluating candidates. You will work in close partnership with hiring leaders to arrange interviews, collect feedback, extend offers, and occasionally challenge decisions to enhance recruitment methodologies. Initial candidate assessments and resume reviews may also be part of your duties based on the requirements of the hiring manager.

  • Manage job postings and candidate sourcing
  • Conduct thorough candidate screenings
  • Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) for efficient recruitment
