We have openings for two shifts:

  • One position is for the 3rd shift, requiring a robust background in HVAC systems, independence in work, and the capability to lead a team effectively.
  • The second position is for the 10 AM to 6:30 PM shift.
POSITION OVERVIEW

As a Facilities Operations Supervisor, you will be responsible for planning, managing, and directing various maintenance services for designated facilities within a significant automotive campus, while supervising Group Leaders.

The Supervisor will be tasked with formulating and implementing service strategies to fulfill client requirements and preferences. Union experience is essential.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Lead, mentor, and develop teams to enhance their contributions, including recruiting, evaluating, training, coaching, and managing performance.
  • Guide employees by establishing a mutual understanding of objectives and execution strategies. Recognize and reward outstanding performance.
  • Build and sustain effective relationships with clients and customers for mutually beneficial outcomes. Exhibit exceptional customer service in line with company standards.
  • Identify client requirements and effectively communicate operational updates.
  • Ensure the accurate completion and upkeep of financial statements.
  • Achieve financial targets set by both clients and the company.
  • Maintain a safe and healthy environment for clients, customers, and employees.
  • Adhere to all relevant policies, regulations, and guidelines, particularly those related to safety, health, and labor standards.
REQUIREMENTS
  • A Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Business Administration, or a related field is highly preferred.
  • Significant experience in the service industry or contract management, including team leadership.
  • Strong analytical, project management, and financial oversight skills.
  • Effective communication abilities with clients, customers, colleagues, and staff.
  • Must be capable of standing for extended periods.
