Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver, fit, and instruct patients on orthopedic durable medical equipment to assist in their recovery following injury or surgery.
  • Communicate with patients regarding benefit coverage information and provide clear explanations of their insurance options.
  • Collect patient payments and ensure timely submission of accurate delivery documents, maintaining patient confidentiality and providing quality care.
  • Develop strong relationships with patients, medical practitioners, and other stakeholders to build trust and ensure seamless care coordination.
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay up-to-date on the latest medical equipment and rehabilitation techniques.
Requirements
