This role offers a unique opportunity to engage with a reputable organization focused on healthcare documentation and compliance. We are currently seeking dedicated individuals to fill multiple positions.
Work Schedule:
Full-time
Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain a high standard of accuracy in processing medical records.
- Utilize basic computer skills to manage documentation tasks.
- Demonstrate proficiency in word processing and spreadsheet applications, particularly MS Excel and MS Word.
- Conduct online searches for medical records to gather necessary information.
- Allocate cases to coding professionals efficiently.
- Prepare and verify charts that cannot be coded.
- Distribute UAC lists and relevant charts to clients.
- Navigate laser fiche systems to locate specific charts.
Compensation:
$18 per hour
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Previous experience in a related field is preferred.
