Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the formulation and execution of innovative strategies aimed at enhancing member growth and engagement.
- Oversee the creation and implementation of a comprehensive membership engagement strategy.
- Develop, track, and report on metrics to evaluate the success of member recruitment, engagement, and retention initiatives.
- Collaborate with various teams within The Institutes to align member growth strategies with broader organizational objectives.
- Direct the establishment of customer service processes that support our mission and enhance member experience.
- Ensure effective resolution of customer issues and monitor service delivery to meet satisfaction goals.
- Foster a positive workplace culture through strong leadership and employee empowerment.
- Train and develop staff to meet organizational targets.
- Establish policies that ensure high levels of customer satisfaction while maintaining content standards.
- Facilitate interdepartmental coordination to provide a seamless member experience.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred.
- 7+ years of experience in customer service, membership management, or related fields.
- Demonstrated experience in leading customer-facing teams.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence across all organizational levels.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is essential.
- Experience in program management and development is preferred.
- Familiarity with the risk management or commercial insurance sectors is advantageous.
- Experience in a membership organization or not-for-profit setting is preferred.
