Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the creation and implementation of a comprehensive membership engagement strategy.
  • Develop, track, and report on metrics to evaluate the success of member recruitment, engagement, and retention initiatives.
  • Collaborate with various teams within The Institutes to align member growth strategies with broader organizational objectives.
  • Direct the establishment of customer service processes that support our mission and enhance member experience.
  • Ensure effective resolution of customer issues and monitor service delivery to meet satisfaction goals.
  • Foster a positive workplace culture through strong leadership and employee empowerment.
  • Train and develop staff to meet organizational targets.
  • Establish policies that ensure high levels of customer satisfaction while maintaining content standards.
  • Facilitate interdepartmental coordination to provide a seamless member experience.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred.
  • 7+ years of experience in customer service, membership management, or related fields.
  • Demonstrated experience in leading customer-facing teams.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence across all organizational levels.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is essential.
  • Experience in program management and development is preferred.
  • Familiarity with the risk management or commercial insurance sectors is advantageous.
  • Experience in a membership organization or not-for-profit setting is preferred.
