- Service Delivery: Ensure repairs and maintenance tasks are completed in a timely manner, meeting or exceeding customer expectations.
- Mentorship: Mentor employees on best practices for improving sales and customer service techniques, driving business growth and customer loyalty.
- Operational Management: Oversee day-to-day operations of the service department, including managing the flow of service department paperwork, such as manuals, invoices, repair orders, and maintenance records.
- Education: High school diploma or GED required, bachelor's degree preferred.
- Experience: At least two years of experience as an automotive service writer or service advisor, with experience as an automotive service manager preferred.
- Skills: Deep understanding of automotive technology, automotive service technician job duties, and automotive repair services.
