As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing projects from design to completion, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of high-quality results.
Key Responsibilities:- Oversee utility construction and maintenance projects, including design review, cost estimate approval, and work activity monitoring.
- Lead teams to identify and resolve issues that require direct customer involvement, such as inquiries, right-of-way, complaints, and damages.
- Presents projects and participates in capital management processes.
- Communicate and coordinate job requirements with customers, team members, and external stakeholders.
- Participate in project scheduling and assign job priorities to meet company and customer requirements.
- Provide training and technical assistance to other project leaders and designers.
- Initiate and administer line extension contracts.
- Direct the work of others assigned to their project.
- Bachelor's degree with seven to eight years of directly related experience, or equivalent combination of education and/or experience.
- Two years of project management experience or equivalent is required.
- Experience in gas or electric utility design or construction of similar types of projects is preferred.
- A dynamic and supportive work environment.
