Responsibilities:- Coordinate treatment to provide comprehensive wound assessments and plan of care
- Provide patient, family, and staff education regarding wound management, wound etiology, support surfaces, dressing selections, and other therapies
- Be a resource person for physicians, wound care team, and clinical staff
- Provide direct and indirect patient care for IV therapy patients in the Treatment Center
- 3+ years of experience in wound care and IV therapy
- Ability to work with minimal direction or supervision
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
