Position Overview
The Factoring Portfolio Manager is responsible for overseeing daily collateral and loan analysis for an assigned portfolio of Wintrust Receivable Finance clients, as well as assisting in the onboarding of new clients.

Key Responsibilities
In collaboration with the Assistant Portfolio Manager, you will:
  • Maintain effective communication regarding assigned accounts to ensure thorough portfolio monitoring.
  • Monitor and update ticklers, ensuring compliance with collateral reporting requirements (accounts receivable, accounts payable, financial statements, etc.).
  • Review and manage Account Debtor purchase limits, ensuring timely assessments and updates.
  • Evaluate and approve assignment schedules post-processing.
  • Address borrower inquiries related to collateral and reporting requirements, approving daily client advance requests.
  • Complete necessary Credit Approval documentation for prospects, renewals, and line increases.
  • Review trend cards and actively engage in portfolio reviews.
  • Adhere to Bank Compliance policies and procedures.
  • Perform additional duties as required.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess:
  • An associate or bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is preferred.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in factoring and/or receivables finance, including commercial underwriting.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer relations skills for effective communication with clients and team members.
  • The ability to communicate confidently and proactively, both verbally and in writing, with all levels of management, clients, and legal representatives.
  • Independence in decision-making and the ability to work with minimal supervision.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly MS Excel, and the capacity to quickly learn new systems.
