Key Responsibilities
  • Document Creation: Develop clear and concise technical documents, including user manuals, guides, and other supporting materials.
  • Research and Analysis: Conduct research to gather information and analyze data to ensure accuracy and compliance with customer requirements.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, product management, and sales to ensure that technical documents align with product requirements and customer needs.
  • Quality Assurance: Review and edit technical documents to ensure they meet quality standards and are free of errors.
  • Project Management: Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines to deliver high-quality results.
Requirements
  • Experience: 4-6 years of experience in writing complex technical documents, including organizing content and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Intermediate to advanced experience with Adobe Creative Cloud, particularly InDesign.
  • Preferred Skills: Knowledge of illustrating, provisioning, and logistic support analysis.
