Key Responsibilities
  • Define Product Engineering Strategy: Develop and implement a comprehensive product engineering strategy that aligns with our company's vision and goals.
  • Lead Memory Product Engineering Team: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and test memory products that meet our high standards for quality and reliability.
  • Drive Innovation and Problem-Solving: Identify and address complex technical challenges, and develop innovative solutions that drive business growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Work with Customers and Partners: Collaborate with customers and partners to define testing and product validation strategies that meet their needs and expectations.
Requirements
  • Deep Knowledge of Memory Product Engineering: Possess a deep understanding of memory product engineering principles, including test flow, test conditions, redundancy, and repair concepts.
  • Experience in Memory Testing: Have experience in memory testing, including DRAM, HBM, or comparable areas.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Possess excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Education and Experience: Hold a Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field, with a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience or a Master's degree with 5+ years of relevant experience.
