- Drive Innovation and Problem-Solving: Identify and address complex technical challenges, and develop innovative solutions that drive business growth and customer satisfaction.
- Work with Customers and Partners: Collaborate with customers and partners to define testing and product validation strategies that meet their needs and expectations.
- Deep Knowledge of Memory Product Engineering: Possess a deep understanding of memory product engineering principles, including test flow, test conditions, redundancy, and repair concepts.
- Experience in Memory Testing: Have experience in memory testing, including DRAM, HBM, or comparable areas.
- Excellent Communication Skills: Possess excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Education and Experience: Hold a Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field, with a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience or a Master's degree with 5+ years of relevant experience.
