Landscape Foreman

Environmental Designs is seeking a skilled Foreman to lead our landscape and street maintenance teams. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of quality and safety in all aspects of our work.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage landscape and street maintenance crews to ensure efficient and effective completion of tasks.
• Conduct daily safety inspections of equipment, vehicles, and job sites to identify and mitigate potential hazards.
• Assist managers in conducting morning safety meetings and ensure all crew members are aware of and follow safety protocols.
• Complete daily paperwork, including employee timesheets, recording of daily mileage, numbers of vehicles and equipment used, and billing sheets for any extra billable work.
• Perform landscape and street maintenance duties, including pruning, planting, and mowing.
• Initiate repair of any malfunctioning or unsafe equipment.
• Communicate with supervisors on topics such as crew members, equipment issues, and job-related concerns.

Requirements:

• General knowledge of landscape maintenance and landscape construction.
• Supervisor experience; 3+ years managing crews.
• Ability to pass driving requirements.
• Strong conflict resolution skills.
• Valid drivers' license and ability to meet company guidelines for driver eligibility.

Pay range: $22.00 - $28.00
