Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Full Stack Javascript Engineer to join our Austin, Texas team. As a key member of our Engineering team, you will play a crucial role in building and maintaining modern software solutions in an antiquated financial industry. You will have the opportunity to work on a wide range of projects, from developing new features to improving existing ones, and will be empowered to make decisions and create a roadmap for a section of the product and business.

Responsibilities
  • Develop, maintain, and support automation test suites
  • Collaborate effectively with product managers, engineers, and non-technical stakeholders
  • Design, build, and consume RESTful APIs
  • Work with both engineering and product teams to drive solution design
  • Help plan, automate, and scale our infrastructure
Requirements
  • Extensive professional frontend and backend Javascript and Typescript experience in an Agile organization
  • Experience with JSX/TSX (ReactJS) and thorough understanding of functional components, hooks, and commonly used libraries like React Query and Material UI
  • Experience with Nest.js
  • Professional experience with SQL-based databases
  • Ability to develop, maintain, and support automation test suites
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with product managers, engineers, and non-technical stakeholders

We offer a competitive salary range of $180k-200k for New York, $171k-190k for Austin, and $162k-180k for Phoenix.
