Job Summary

As a Fire Alarm Service Foreman, you will be responsible for overseeing the service and repair of existing fire alarm systems, including industrial, commercial, and residential projects. You will need to comprehend NFPA code, design/installation methods, calculations, and material lists for fire alarm systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Troubleshoot and repair existing fire alarm systems
  • Understand design and layout of fire alarm systems
  • Field surveying
  • Fire alarm troubleshooting
  • Communication with customers
  • Proper reporting to local AHJ
Requirements
  • NICET certification preferred but not required
  • General mechanical knowledge
  • Must possess an active Texas Fire Alarm License
  • Experience in fire alarm service or design
  • Demonstrated competency in verbal and written business communication skills
  • Possess and maintain a valid driver's license in accordance with Company guidelines
  • Able to complete documentation and administrative duties as necessary; proficient in the use of personal computers and Microsoft Office
  • Detailed oriented and demonstrate a high degree of accuracy when performing job duties
