Role Overview
The Global Services Training Specialist at Cytiva plays a pivotal role in delivering training and supporting training operations across the Americas. This position involves scheduling, administration of training sessions, and the design and development of technical training programs tailored to the needs of field-based technical teams. The ideal candidate will exemplify Cytiva's commitment to quality and uphold high standards in Environmental Health and Safety (EHS).
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, prepare, and facilitate training sessions at our global training centers.
- Collaborate with the Instructional Design team to develop and review training materials.
- Contribute to the daily operations of the training center, working closely with local training staff.
- Assist in scheduling and administration of training across the Americas.
- Foster a culture of continuous learning within the team.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Associate's degree, or equivalent experience.
- Over 5 years of experience in learning and development, including training delivery and facilitation.
- Proven ability to develop instructional skills and accommodate diverse learning styles.
- Experience in implementing innovative delivery formats and techniques for both onsite and virtual training.
- Strong interpersonal skills, serving as a role model for field-based trainers by promoting best practices.
Travel Requirements
This role may require travel up to 20%, both domestically and internationally.
Preferred Experience
- Background in life sciences or the pharmaceutical manufacturing sector.
- Familiarity with IT networking, Unicorn software, GDP, cGMP, and qualification processes.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications.
