EHR Systems Analyst

**Job Title:** EHR Analyst

**About the Role:**
We are seeking a highly skilled EHR Analyst to join our team at ARcare Inc. As an EHR Analyst, you will be responsible for developing, organizing, and executing all EHR functions within the organization. This includes analyzing all EHR operations to meet customer requirements as well as the support and maintenance of existing applications and development of new technical solutions.

**Key Responsibilities:**

• **Data Collection and Management:** Gather data from various sources, ensuring data quality, cleaning, and organizing it to be ready for analysis.
• **Data Analysis:** Use statistical tools and techniques to interpret data, identifying trends, patterns, and correlations, and drawing insights.
• **Reporting and Visualization:** Create reports, dashboards, and visualizations to present data insights to stakeholders in a clear and understandable way.
• **Staying Updated on Tools and Techniques:** Continuously learn new data analysis tools, software, and industry trends to stay current and improve analysis quality and efficiency.
• **Documentation and Process Improvement:** Document data processes, findings, and methodologies to maintain a clear workflow, and often identify areas for efficiency improvements in data management and analysis.
• Analyze complex business needs presented by the user community and/or clients and recommend technical solutions.
• Ensure the consistency and maintainability of existing applications by creating, maintaining, and enforcing standards/procedures for implementing technical solutions.
• Analyze operations in executing production tasks according to a documented schedule that meets or exceeds customer expectations.
• Follow detailed timeline for each application release and implement effective project control by monitoring the progress of the software release and reporting the status.
• Analyze and implement solutions and workflows in the EHR system.
• Represent the IT function at customer review meeting when appropriate.
• Participate in education programs as directed.
