EHR Analyst Role Overview

The EHR Analyst is a key member of our team at ARcare Inc, responsible for developing, organizing, and executing all EHR functions within the organization. This includes analyzing EHR operations to meet customer requirements and supporting the maintenance of existing applications and development of new technical solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collect, manage, and analyze data from various sources to ensure quality, cleanliness, and organization for analysis purposes.
  • Utilize statistical tools and techniques to identify trends, patterns, and correlations in data and draw insightful conclusions.
  • Create reports, dashboards, and visualizations to present data insights to stakeholders in a clear and understandable manner.
  • Stay updated on new data analysis tools, software, and industry trends to maintain current knowledge and improve analysis quality and efficiency.
  • Document data processes, findings, and methodologies to maintain a clear workflow and identify areas for efficiency improvements in data management and analysis.
  • Analyze complex business needs presented by the user community and/or clients and recommend technical solutions.
  • Ensure the consistency and maintainability of existing applications by creating, maintaining, and enforcing standards/procedures for implementing technical solutions.
  • Execute production tasks according to a documented schedule that meets or exceeds customer expectations.
  • Implement effective project control by monitoring the progress of software releases and reporting to stakeholders.
  • Analyze and implement solutions and workflows in the EHR system.
  • Represent the IT function at customer review meetings and participate in education programs as directed.
