Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Automotive Operations Manager to oversee the daily operations of our service center in Bemidji, MN.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in automotive repair, leadership skills, and experience with key performance indicators (KPIs).

Responsibilities
  • Manage the daily operations of the service center, ensuring efficient workflow and high-quality customer service.
  • Lead a team of technicians and service advisors, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent customer satisfaction.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction, loyalty, and retention.
  • Monitor and analyze KPIs, such as ticket averages, car counts, labor, and parts reporting, to optimize service center performance.
  • Collaborate with the management team to achieve business objectives and goals.
Requirements
  • 5 or more years of experience in automotive repair, preferably in fixed operations or service management.
  • Experience with automotive repair estimation and repair order generation.
  • Leadership skills and ability to inspire and motivate a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, employees, and vendors.
