Job Summary:

Hannaford Supermarkets is seeking a highly motivated and organized FT Hannaford To Go Supervisor Trainee to join our team. As a key member of our store operations team, you will be responsible for:

• Supervising Store Associates: In the absence of the Store Manager, you will oversee the duties and responsibilities of the store associates, ensuring seamless store operations.
• Managing Store Operations: You will assist in the effective management of all store operations, focusing on meeting financial and sales goals.
• Maintaining Work Schedules: You will ensure that work schedules are maintained to meet production and customer service standards, as well as associate personal needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate the work of store associates to ensure efficient store operations.
• Assist in the management of store inventory, including ordering and receiving merchandise.
• Monitor and maintain store appearance, including visual merchandising and store cleanliness.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Collaborate with the Store Manager to achieve sales and profit goals.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous retail or supervisory experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
