- Maintain SLA adherence, performance enhancement, and optimization of automation solutions
- Build frameworks for process automation and develop reusable components
- Deliver robust and scalable solutions with significant organizational impact
- Implement governance frameworks and best practices
- Prepare and refine data for analytical applications
- Facilitate the adoption of DevOps and MLOps practices
- Support project leaders in planning and resource management

Required Qualifications:
Education:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Data Science, or Computer Science is preferred
Experience:
- Minimum of five years in Process Automation, Data Analytics, or similar fields
- Experience in leadership roles within development projects is preferred
- Background in consulting or cloud-based data analytics implementation is advantageous
- Familiarity with RPA, automation, or development tools is preferred
Certifications:
- UiPath or Power Automate certification is preferred
- Azure Fundamentals certification is preferred
Technical Skills:
- Proficiency with automation platforms and development tools
- Strong SQL capabilities and knowledge of programming languages
- Understanding of data warehousing, modeling, and cloud solutions
Additional Skills:
