Job Summary

Cumberland River Behavioral Health, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Shift Supervisor to join our team. As a Shift Supervisor, you will play a critical role in ensuring the safety and well-being of our clients. Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor and enforce policies and procedures to ensure a safe and healthy environment for clients
  • Conduct regular safety checks and ensure that all necessary protocols are in place
  • Collaborate with staff to provide support and guidance to clients
  • Develop and implement strategies to promote client engagement and participation
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of client interactions and progress
  • Participate in training and professional development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge
  • Contribute to a positive and supportive team environment
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g. social work, psychology, nursing)
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a behavioral health setting
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of behavioral health principles and practices
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
Preferred Qualifications
  • Master's degree in a related field
  • Experience working with diverse populations (e.g. age, culture, ability)
  • Knowledge of crisis intervention and de-escalation techniques
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
