Program Supervisor

Cumberland River Behavioral Health, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Peer Mentor Coordinator - Program Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for supervising the Peer Mentor Team and ensuring the delivery of high-quality services to our clients.

• Supervise and Support the Peer Mentor Team: Provide guidance, training, and feedback to the Peer Mentor Team to ensure they are equipped to provide excellent support to our clients.
• Develop and Implement Program Plans: Collaborate with the Program Director to develop and implement program plans that align with the organization's mission and goals.
• Provide Clinical Supervision: Provide clinical supervision to the Peer Mentor Team, ensuring they are meeting the needs of our clients and adhering to best practices in the field.
• Conduct Client Intakes and Assessments: Conduct client intakes and assessments to ensure accurate and comprehensive understanding of client needs.
• Develop and Maintain Client Records: Develop and maintain accurate and up-to-date client records, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with Other Staff Members: Collaborate with other staff members to ensure seamless delivery of services and effective communication with clients.
• Participate in Quality Improvement Initiatives: Participate in quality improvement initiatives to ensure continuous improvement of services and programs.

• Master's Degree in a Related Field: A Master's degree in a related field, such as counseling, social work, or psychology.
• Experience in Behavioral Health: A minimum of 2 years of experience in behavioral health, with a focus on peer support and mentorship.
• Clinical Experience: A minimum of 1 year of clinical experience, with a focus on working with clients with mental health and substance use disorders.
• Supervisory Experience: A minimum of 1 year of supervisory experience, with a focus on leading a team of peer mentors.
• Strong Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, staff, and external partners.
• Knowledge of Behavioral Health Concepts: A strong understanding of behavioral health concepts, including crisis intervention and resolution, and the ability to apply this knowledge in a practical setting.

The Peer Mentor Coordinator - Program Supervisor will work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a focus on delivering high-quality services to our clients. The ideal candidate will be able to work effectively in a team environment, with a focus on collaboration and communication.

The Peer Mentor Coordinator - Program Supervisor will be required to work a standard 8-hour shift, with occasional evening and weekend hours as needed. The position will also require the ability to lift up to 20 pounds and to work in a moderate to loud noise environment.
