Venture Solar is a leading provider of solar energy solutions for residential and commercial clients in the Northeast region. We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Solar Installation Specialist to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough site assessments to determine the feasibility of solar panel installations
  • Inspect rooftops to ensure they are structurally sound and suitable for solar panel installation
  • Measure and document roof facets to ensure accurate solar panel placement
  • Test electrical panel voltage to ensure safe installation
  • Document all work done at the installation site and transmit to our engineering team

Requirements:

  • Ability to lift at least 50 pounds
  • Comfortable working on rooftops and at heights
  • Excellent time management and prioritization skills
  • Great attention to detail
  • Valid, clean driver's license
  • Punctual and reliable
  • Comfortable working in or around electrical panels
  • Great customer service skills
  • Positive attitude and ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Benefits:

  • Full-time employment with 40+ hours per week
  • Overtime pay for hours worked beyond 40 per week
