This is a team that prioritizes patient care and works collaboratively towards a common goal.
The ideal candidate will be accountable for utilizing the nursing process, performing patient care, delegating patient care tasks, and supervising other patient care staff.
Responsibilities will include coordinating the plan of care for a group of assigned patients and consulting with other members of the healthcare team when necessary to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
This clinical nurse will demonstrate proficiency and adhere to policies, rules, guidelines, and procedures.
About the WorkThe Procedural Float RN will float to procedural and ancillary nursing units as assigned and deemed necessary by entity leaders.
These units include but are not limited to GI lab, IR, CV Recovery, and Infusion.
Procedural RNs will be proficient in pre, intra, and post-procedure operations of each of their assigned modalities/departments.
