As a Palliative Care Physician at PeaceHealth RiverBend Medical Center, you will have the opportunity to work with a talented team of healthcare professionals to provide high-quality patient care. You will be responsible for managing patients with complex medical needs, providing education and support to patients and their families, and collaborating with other healthcare team members to achieve the best outcomes.

**Responsibilities:**

* Manage patients in an inpatient environment at PeaceHealth RiverBend Medical Center
* Provide education and compassionate care to patients and their family members
* Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individual patient care appropriate to each patient
* Work collaboratively with other healthcare team members to achieve the best outcomes for patients and the organization
* Demonstrate compassion, respect, and caring while working within the scope of practice of Physician to provide safe and efficient care to patients and assistance to their families and visitors

**Requirements:**

* Medical degree (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO)
* Board certification in Palliative Medicine or related field
* Current licensure to practice medicine in the state of Oregon
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
