Job Summary:

RN - Supportive Palliative Hospice Care Full Time Days

About the Role:

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled RN to join our team as a Supportive Palliative Hospice Care Specialist. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work with a supportive community that values compassion and professionalism.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality patient care in a supportive and palliative care setting
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans
  • Work closely with providers to ensure seamless care transitions
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to stay up-to-date on best practices in palliative care

Qualifications:

  • Graduated from a school of nursing (Associate's Degree, Diploma, or BSN)
  • Current RN license within the hiring state and/or compact licensure
  • Basic Life Support certification through the American Heart Association or successful completion of course within 30 days of hire
