- Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless equipment operation and minimize downtime.
- 1-3 years of experience as a Maintenance Technician in a manufacturing environment.
- Experience with CNC maintenance, PLC troubleshooting, and welding.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to stand or walk on a concrete floor surface for up to 12 hours.
