We are seeking a seasoned sales professional to drive new business in the established geographical territory of Southwest Texas. The ideal candidate will build relationships through in-person sales calls to manufacturing plants, warehouses, engineering firms, and other critical environments.
Our products are designed to address ventilation-related solutions that deal with heat load, moisture, air quality, and noise issues that impact workers, products, and processes in various industries and applications.
Key Responsibilities- Develop technical knowledge and skills to present and sell our full line of ventilation products and engineered solutions.
- Gain industry expertise in regulatory standards and certification classifications.
- Collaborate with our in-house design and estimating team to ensure customer proposals are detailed and accurate.
- Provide professional presentations and proposals to clients.
- Work with management to develop forecasts and business plans.
- Bachelor's degree in Business or Engineering (preferred).
- 5 years of professional sales experience (ventilation or HVAC a plus, but not required).
- Technical aptitude to work with engineers and designers.
- Ability to present to C-Suite personnel and engineers.
- Willingness to travel as needed to manage business in all corners of the Southwest Texas territory.
