Position Overview:

Key Responsibilities
  • Execute bookkeeping tasks in QuickBooks Online or supervise bookkeeping staff as necessary
  • Prepare and file tax returns while providing tax advisory services
  • Oversee client interactions, including reviewing financial statements, onboarding new clients, and ensuring overall client satisfaction

Required Qualifications
  • Expertise in QuickBooks Online and tax preparation software
  • CPA designation or progress towards obtaining it
  • Relevant experience may substitute for other qualifications
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Accounting
  • Familiarity with UltraTax is advantageous
  • Comfortable engaging directly with small business owners
  • Strong numerical aptitude and proficiency with technology
