Responsibilities:
As a BCBA at Proud Moments, you will be encouraged to realize your professional potential.

Key responsibilities include:
• Utilize your expertise to design and oversee the implementation of targeted interventions that positively impact children with autism
• Celebrate the achievements of your clients as they develop positive behaviors and acquire new skills
• Provide compassionate support during family discussions to ensure parents fully comprehend assessment results and treatment recommendations
• Advocate for your clients by monitoring for potential challenges and communicating concerns
• Share your knowledge and experience through direct supervision, support, training, and orientation of our expanding team of behavioral technicians
• Maintain physical engagement with clients as they navigate the session areas, which may involve various physical activities including standing, sitting, bending, lifting 25+ pounds, running, squatting, kneeling, and generally keeping pace with children aged 2-15 years

Qualifications:
The ideal BCBA candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• Master's degree in behavioral analysis, education, psychology, or a related field
• Current BCBA certification (as per state requirements) or eligibility to sit for the exam in the near future; students are encouraged to apply
• Proven experience implementing applied behavioral analysis (ABA) with children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder or related conditions
• Proficiency in administering and interpreting a variety of clinical assessments
• Excellent clinical judgment and competence
• Commitment to handling confidential information with care
• Exceptional communication, problem-solving, organizational, and project management skills in a fast-paced environment
