We are seeking a Board Certified/Board Eligible Internal Medicine Physician for a rewarding Hospitalist role in a prominent healthcare facility located in lower Westchester County. This 300+ bed hospital features a closed ICU and is expanding its team of dedicated full-time day hospitalists.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive patient care during hospital rounds.
- Manage 1-3 admissions, respond to Rapid Response Team (RRT) calls, and handle codes as necessary.
Work Schedule:
Enjoy a balanced work-life schedule with options for 12-hour shifts, including 5 on/5 off or 7 on/7 off rotations. This position is strictly days only, with no swing shifts required.
Compensation and Benefits:
We offer an attractive compensation package based on experience:
- $240K for 0-2 years of experience
- $250K for 3-5 years of experience
- $260K for 6-9 years of experience
- Higher compensation for 10+ years of experience, tailored to individual qualifications.
In addition to competitive pay, we provide excellent benefits, including vacation time, calendar holidays, tuition assistance, and continuing medical education (CME) support.
