Job Title: RV Technician

We are seeking a skilled RV Technician to join our team at Blue Compass RV. As an RV Technician, you will be responsible for performing repairs and maintenance work on RV units to ensure they are in excellent working condition.

Responsibilities:
  • Diagnose and repair electrical, mechanical, and plumbing issues on RV units
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks such as oil changes, tire rotations, and brake pad replacements
  • Inspect and repair or replace damaged or worn-out parts
  • Test and verify repairs made
  • Communicate with customers and provide updates on repair status
Requirements:
  • 1+ year of experience in RV maintenance or repair
  • Knowledge of electrical, mechanical, and plumbing systems
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Physical ability to lift and move heavy objects
