Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Manufacturing Technician to join our team in Faribault North, working on the 2nd shift. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for assembling high-quality HVAC units while maintaining a clean and organized work environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify unit options using bill of materials to complete required work content per unit
  • Assemble work content to support production standards, ensuring quality and efficiency
  • Read and interpret engineering drawings to ensure quality standards are met
  • Operate production support tools effectively, including VKS and AMS
  • Learn and understand all line stations, wiring schematics, and safety protocols
  • Maintain a clean work area, adhering to the 5S program
  • Train new members on machines, procedures, and safety practices
  • Identify and rework defective work pieces to comply with quality standards
  • Read and interpret blueprints, sketches, or product specifications to determine sequence and methods of fabricating, assembling, and installing sheet metal products
Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or GED preferred
  • Previous manufacturing experience preferred
  • Ability to operate hand tools and read written English
