Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Weekend Shift Assembler to join our team at Daikin Applied Americas Inc. in Faribault North. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for assembling high-quality HVAC products while maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assemble HVAC units using bill of materials and production standards
- Read and interpret engineering drawings to ensure quality standards are met
- Operate production support tools, including VKS and AMS
- Train new members on machines, procedures, and safety protocols
- Maintain a clean work area and adhere to 5S program requirements
- Identify and rework defective work pieces to comply with quality standards
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED
- Previous manufacturing experience preferred
- Ability to read and understand written English
