Part-Time RN with IV Ketamine Therapy Experience

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at Mindful Health Solutions, a private outpatient group practice providing comprehensive mental health care with a focus on innovative evidence-based treatments. As a Part-Time RN, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality care to our patients undergoing ketamine therapy.
Responsibilities- Provide oversight of patient functions, including observing signs and symptoms of reactions and reporting assessments to providers.
- Complete patient visit documents and submit all documentation according to company policy and HIPAA compliance.
- Perform venous punctures and insert/remove IV lines with expertise, efficiency, and accuracy.
- Follow up with patients before and after treatment to ensure a positive experience.
- Manage and support staff during clinic emergencies and patient disruptions.
- Assist with patient care items, including medication refills, pharmacy clarification, and other tasks as needed.
- Provide proactive utilization management for patients with acute high-risk needs.
- Collaborate with the care team to optimize patient scheduling and meet the needs of our patients.
- RN Degree, BSN (Preferred)
- California RN License (Required)
- Required Certifications: CPR, ACLS, PALS, BLS (Preferred)
- IV Certification (Preferred)
- Min. 3 years of nursing infusion therapy experience (Preferred)
- Excellent patient service skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
