Job Overview

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage daily operations of the community, ensuring high standards of quality and customer satisfaction.
  • Develop and implement effective marketing and sales strategies to drive business growth.
  • Lead a high-performing team, providing coaching, guidance, and support to achieve business objectives.
  • Collaborate with the management team to drive business results and achieve company goals.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in apartment management, with a proven track record of success.
  • Strong financial management skills, with experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with residents, team members, and stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of Yardi or Onesite software, with experience in data analysis and reporting.
  • A bachelor's degree in a related field, or equivalent experience.
