Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Crew Leader to join our team. As a Crew Leader, you will be responsible for leading a team of arborists and foresters in the safe and efficient completion of tree care and utility vegetation management projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of arborists and foresters in the completion of tree care and utility vegetation management projects
  • Ensure the safe and efficient completion of projects, adhering to company policies and procedures
  • Provide guidance and training to crew members to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties
  • Monitor and report on crew productivity and performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed
  • Collaborate with other departments, including operations and safety, to ensure seamless project execution
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and stakeholders, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded
Requirements
  • Minimum of two years' experience as a Crew Leader or equivalent
  • Proven track record of leading high-performing teams and achieving results
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously
  • Physical ability to walk utility lines, both on and off the road, and to lift up to 50 pounds
  • Valid driver's license, CDL, and/or medical certificate required for the vehicle being operated
  • Ability to obtain First Aid and CPR cards
  • Pass a pre-employment drug test and job duty skills tests
