Key Responsibilities:

  • Install and maintain Point-of-Sale and other hardware in restaurant and retail environments
  • Perform wellness visits and maintenance checks
  • Travel weekly within the local market using a company vehicle

Requirements:

  • Basic Windows OS and Microsoft Office knowledge
  • Technical troubleshooting abilities
  • Valid REAL ID-compliant Driver's License
  • Ability to pass Criminal Background Checks and pre-hire drug testing
  • Experience working with basic hand tools and drills

Bonus Qualifications:

  • Restaurant or related customer service field experience
  • Point of Sale System Exposure/Experience
  • CAT-5 cabling experience
  • Knowledge of configuring a network system

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to walk distances up to a half mile
  • Ability to work while standing on concrete surface continuously 8-10 hours
  • Ability to work while bending, squatting and kneeling
  • Ability to work while extending your arms/hands overhead
  • Use of small electric, cordless and hand tools
  • Climbing and work on ladders up to 12 feet
  • Lifting objects up to 100 lbs
