POSITION REQUIRES STANDING

JOB OVERVIEW: Monitors and documents activities and incidents at a designated client location, ensuring the safety and security of client assets and personnel. Conducts regular patrols to identify any irregularities. Maintains order and may enforce site-specific regulations and directives concerning personnel, visitors, and property. The role necessitates the ability to remain standing for the majority of the workday.

MINIMUM ENTRY QUALIFICATIONS:
  • High School Diploma or G.E.D. Security or related experience or customer service knowledge and college-level education can be substituted for work experience.
ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS:
  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • 1-3 years of Corporate/Commercial Security Experience
  • Valid NYS Security Guard License
  • Availability to work weekends is required
  • Ability to stand for extended periods is necessary
  • Exceptional Customer Service Skills are essential
  • Ability to verbally de-escalate situations is required
  • Reliable transportation is necessary
  • Must be proficient in understanding and communicating in English, both verbally and in writing
  • Some roles may necessitate a consistent 7-year work history
