Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Infusion Technician to join our team at Scout Boats. As a key member of our infusion team, you will work closely with a crew to epoxy-infuse the deck, hull, and hardtop of our luxury boats.

Responsibilities
  • Monitor and control the infusion process to ensure high-quality results
  • Work collaboratively with the team to meet quality standards, cost budgets, and scheduling requirements
  • Adhere to safety protocols and procedures, including chemical handling and personal protective equipment (PPE) usage
  • Perform moderate lifting up to 50 pounds and work in a fast-paced, team environment
Requirements
  • Ability to work in a non-climate-controlled environment and withstand hot temperatures
  • Willingness to wear required PPE, including gloves, safety glasses, aprons, and chemical-resistant suits
  • Previous marine experience preferred, but not mandatory
  • Ability to understand and follow verbal and written directions
  • Dependability and punctuality are essential
