Position Summary:

The Project Manager is responsible for organizing, overseeing, and strategizing intricate projects related to the organization's research, development, and product deployment initiatives. This role also involves providing regular updates to clients regarding the status of their orders.

Supervisory Responsibilities:

  • None.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Directs a cross-functional team to ensure timely and accurate completion of assigned projects.
  • Identifies project tasks and assigns responsibilities accordingly.
  • Conducts financial assessments, estimating the anticipated costs associated with the project.
  • Develops and manages a budget based on these estimates.
  • Performs risk evaluations; communicates identified risks to management; suggests strategies for risk mitigation (including project termination if necessary).
  • Addresses inquiries, concerns, and complaints throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Serves as a communication bridge between the organization, clients, and suppliers.
  • Collaborates with sales and marketing teams to provide necessary training and information to support the promotion and sale of new projects, programs, and systems.
  • Ensures adherence to federal, state, local, industry, contractual, and organizational regulations, standards, specifications, and best practices.
  • Maintains budget compliance by monitoring expenditures and implementing cost-reduction strategies.
  • Performs additional related duties as assigned.

  • PMP, PgMP, CAPM, or equivalent project management certifications are highly desirable.

Physical Requirements:

  • Extended periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
  • Must be capable of lifting up to 15 pounds occasionally.
