**Key Responsibilities**

You will instruct customers on the use of our in-house diagnostic analyzers, ensuring they have the necessary knowledge to get the most out of our products.

You will coordinate and assist with equipment installations, troubleshoot hardware technical problems, and resolve software integration issues.

You will ensure that consumables needed to run tests are ordered, ensuring seamless operations.

**What We're Looking For**

You have a natural affinity for helping customers, are self-motivated, stress-resistant, and possess an empathetic nature.

You are fluent in Dutch or any Nordic language.

You have a willingness to learn and experience in a technically related field, veterinary practice, laboratory setting, and/or contact center environment is a plus.

Strong written and verbal communication skills, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to establish rapport quickly are essential.
