Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled FP&A Analyst to join our team at Jobot. As a key member of our financial planning and analysis team, you will play a critical role in supporting our organization's strategic business decisions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive financial models to support decision-making related to complex business issues, including valuation, profitability, forecasting, and potential investments.
  • Analyze sales trends to identify opportunities for revenue growth and areas of potential cost savings.
  • Lead the annual budgeting process, including the creation of budgets, analysis of results, and preparation of financial forecasts.
  • Prepare ad hoc reporting for management to support strategic initiatives and business decisions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather relevant data, ensuring accuracy and relevance in financial reports.
  • Utilize SQL and Excel to manipulate and interpret large volumes of data, providing actionable insights to drive business performance.
  • Support the development of business cases for new business initiatives.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
  • Minimum of 5+ years of experience in financial planning and analysis, with a strong focus on budgeting, forecasting, and ad hoc reporting.
  • Strong proficiency in SQL and Excel, with the ability to manipulate and analyze large data sets.
  • Experience in analyzing sales trends and conducting revenue and expense analysis.
  • Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to apply data in providing insights and making business decisions.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex financial information in clear and concise terms.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • High degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Proactive problem solver with a strong sense of initiative and the ability to work independently.
