Position Summary: As a Bartender at Royal Oaks Country Club, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional beverage service to our members and guests. Your primary responsibility will be to prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks in a welcoming and professional environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare the bar area by inspecting and restocking supplies before service begins.
  • Create garnishes, mixes, and beverages following established recipes.
  • Assist in inventory management and ordering processes.
  • Ensure the bar area remains clean and organized throughout service.
  • Address any guest complaints or concerns promptly and report them to management.
  • Comply with all TABC regulations and club policies.

Qualifications:

  • Friendly demeanor and integrity.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with team members and follow instructions.
  • Must be at least 18 years old and possess valid TABC and Food Handler's certifications.

Work Environment:

  • Fast-paced restaurant/bar setting.
  • May encounter varying temperatures during service.

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to stand, walk, kneel, and lift items weighing up to 50 lbs.
