About the Job

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Production Associate to join our team at Butterball, LLC. As a key member of our production team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality and safety of our turkey products.

Job Summary

The Production Associate will be responsible for performing various tasks on recently-slaughtered turkeys or tasks that support the overall operations within the department. This may include cleaning and eviscerating turkeys, packaging and labeling products, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment.

Responsibilities
  • Perform manual labor tasks to clean and eviscerate turkeys
  • Package and label products for shipment to customers
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment
  • Operate machinery and equipment safely and efficiently
  • Work effectively in a team environment to meet production goals
Working Conditions

The Production Associate will work in a fast-paced production environment with varying temperatures and humidity levels. The position may require working in damp, cold, hot, and warm environments, and exposure to raw meat and associated parts, including organs, blood, and feces.

Requirements
  • No minimum education requirement
  • No previous work experience required
  • Must be at least eighteen (18) years old
  • Must be eligible to work legally in the United States
