About the Job

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Production Associate at Butterball, LLC. As a key member of our production team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality and safety of our turkey products.

Job Summary

The Production Associate will be responsible for performing various tasks on recently-slaughtered turkeys or tasks that support the overall operations within the department. This may include cleaning and eviscerating turkeys, packaging and labeling products, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment.

Responsibilities
  • Perform manual labor tasks to clean and eviscerate turkeys
  • Package and label products for shipment to customers
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment
  • Operate machinery and equipment safely and efficiently
  • Work effectively in a team environment to meet production goals
Working Conditions

Working conditions may include exposure to raw meat and associated parts, loud and noisy machinery, and chemicals/fumes/pungent odors. The ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing production needs is essential.

Requirements
  • No minimum education requirement
  • No previous work experience required
  • Must be at least eighteen (18) years old
  • Must be eligible to work legally in the United States
