Custodial Worker Job Description

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Custodial Worker to join our team at McDonald's.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure food safety and quality by filtering oil fryers daily
  • Maintain a clean and hygienic environment by cleaning equipment, windows, stock rooms, and restrooms
  • Unload delivery trucks twice a week to receive supplies in a timely manner
  • Empty trash compactors to keep our restaurants free of waste
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks such as changing light bulbs and cleaning HVAC/Exhaust units and roof of debris
