Job Summary:

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Custodial Worker to join our team at McDonald's. As a key member of our facilities team, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean and safe environment for our customers and employees.

Key Responsibilities:

• Filter oil fryers daily to ensure optimal performance and food safety
• Clean equipment, windows, stock rooms, and restrooms to maintain a high level of cleanliness and organization
• Unload delivery trucks twice a week to ensure timely receipt of supplies
• Take out and empty trash compactors to maintain a clean and odor-free environment
• Change light bulbs and clean HVAC/Exhaust units and roof of debris to ensure a safe and healthy environment

Requirements:

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods
• High school diploma or equivalent required
